I BELIEVE THE BEST WAY TO SOLVE BRAND PROBLEMS AND FULFILL CLIENT NEEDS IS TO HELP SOLVE THE PROBLEMS OF THE CUSTOMERS AND THEREFORE THE WORLD AT LARGE. I WORK TO CREATE AN IMPACT WITH EVERY PROJECT THAT POSITIONS A BRAND IN A PLACE OF ADMIRATION AND RESPECT WITHIN THE MIND OF EVERY POTENTIAL CUSTOMER. I SEE EVERY CHALLENGE, BOTH WITHIN AND BEYOND THE BUSINESS AND MARKETING, AS A GOLDEN OPPORTUNITY FOR CHANGE. I HOPE TO NORMALIZE AN APPROACH TO ADVERTISING WHERE THE GLOBAL PROBLEMS THAT NEED TO BE SOLVED AND THE BUSINESS PROBLEMS THAT ADVERTISING IS DESIGNED TO SOLVE ARE SEEN AS ONE IN THE SAME.

I STUDIED ADVERTISING FOR TWO YEARS AT THE ACCLAIMED ‘CREATIVE CIRCUS PORTFOLIO SCHOOL’ IN ATLANTA. IN WORKSHOPS LED BY SOME OF THE MOST SUCCESSFUL AND HIGH RANKING ADVERTISING PROFESSIONALS IN THE INDUSTRY I CREATED WORK AND MAINTAINED A CONSTANT DIALOGUE OF QUESTIONING, CHALLENGING AND LEARNING THE FORMS AND METHODS OF TRADITIONAL ADVERTISING. THIS LED TO A PORTFOLIO OF WORK THAT CHALLENGED AND MOVED SLIGHTLY OUT OF THE PREVIOUSLY PROVEN MOLD OF A PURELY MARKET-CENTRIC ADVERTISING AND MOVED TOWARDS A FORM OF ADVERTISING DESIGNED TO HELP THE CUSTOMER WHILE INFORMING AND DIRECTING THEM. THIS PORTFOLIO OF SPECULATIVE WORK LED TO A SERIES OF JOBS WORKING ON SOME OF THE BIGGEST BRANDS AND WITH SOME OF THE BIGGEST CREATIVES IN THE INDUSTRY.

MOVING FORWARD, I HOPE TO CONTINUE DEVELOPING THE PRACTICAL APPLICATION OF ADVERTISING THAT PRIORITIZES THE OBJECTIVE IMPROVEMENT OF THE CUSTOMER’S LIFE BY AIMING TO HELP SOLVE PROBLEMS IN AND BEYOND THE BRAND. I ALSO HOPE TO PRACTICE AND PROMOTE AN APPROACH TO ADVERTISING THAT IS INCREASINGLY MORE GROUNDED IN RESEARCH AND ANALYTICAL RIGOR.
