PROJECT 1

THE FEELING OF CLEAN

WITH THIS WORK WE NEEDED TO SHOW THE GRATIFYING NATURE OF THE EFFECTIVENESS OF THE SCOTCH-BRITE SPONGES. TO DO THIS WE GOT UP CLOSE AND PERSONAL WITH THE ACTUAL CLEANING GOING UP TO A NEAR MICROSCOPIC LEVEL TO SHOW THAT GRIME BEING BLASTED AWAY AND EVISCERATED WITH EASE AND IMMENSE SATISFACTION, THAT WAY AFTER EVER CLEAN YOUR HAPPY AT HOW WELL IT WORKS AND ENTIRELY GRATIFIED BY THE EASE OF IT. THE ONLY CHALLENGE WAS FIGURING OUT HOW TO GET THAT UP-CLOSE-AND-PERSONAL. THE SOLUTION? JUST MAKE THE SPONGE AS BIG AS A PERSON.

BEYOND THE PRIMARY COMMERCIALS WE ALSO MADE SOME ULTRA-GRATIFYING ASMR CLEANING VIDEOS.

 

PROJECT 1 – EXTENSION

ASMR FILMS

THE FEELING OF CLEAN

WE NEEDED TO SHOW HOW GRATIFYING A TRULY EFFECTIVE CLEAN CAN BE, SO WE WENT THE ASMR ROUTE. BUT, INSTEAD OF GOING FOR THE MORE EXPECTED MIC-WHISPERING, HANDHELD CAMERA IN A BEDROOM APPROACH WE SOUGHT TO ELEVATE ASMR TO A SHALL WE SAY ‘CLEANER’ AND MORE REFINED LEVEL. THE HEIGHTENED SOUNDS AND VISUALS PAIRED WITH THE CLEAN DESIGN OF THE SET AND THE FACT THAT WE SHOT EIGHT FILMS A DAY AND DIDN’T MISS ANYTHING MADE THIS A TRULY GRATIFYING COLLECTION OF WORK.

PROJECT 2

NATURE’S KITCHEN

WE NEEDED TO COMMUNICATE HOW SCOTCH-BRITE’S NEW SPONGE WAS BETTER FOR THE ENVIRONMENT, BUT WE COULDN’T SAY THIS… WE COULDN’T SAY THAT… AND UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCE WERE WE ALLOWED TO SAY ANYTHING THAT GENERAL VICINITY OVER THERE. THE EVEN MORE IMPORTANT GOAL WAS TO SHOW HOW THE SPONGE WAS BETTER FOR THE ENVIRONMENT BUT NONE OF THE QUALITY WAS ACTUALLY COMPROMISED. SO MANY GOOD-FOR-THE-ENVIRONMENT SPONGES WERE BASICALLY-ENTIRELY-USELESS IN THE SINK SO THIS SPONGE HAD SOMETHING TO REALLY OFFER.

THE IDEA WE CAME UP WITH WAS WORKING TO CAPTURE THE POWER OF NATURE AND INTERLACE IT WITH THE SPONGE TO COMMUNICATE HOW THIS SPONGE WAS NOT ONLY NATURE FRIENDLY BUT HAD THE POWER OF NATURE IN IT’S DNA.

 

PROJECT 3

SOCIAL

I SPENT A LITTLE OVER SIX MONTHS ON THE 3M SOCIAL WORKSTREAM WHEN THEY SLOWED DOWN THE FILM WORK. IT WAS GREAT TO WORK IN A NEW WAY AND GET A SOLID FEEL AND UNDERSTANDING OF SOCIAL. INSTEAD OF GETTING A BRIEF AND WORKING TO ANSWER THAT IN THE BEST WAY POSSIBLE WE WORKED WITH A COMPANY THAT UNEARTHED A SERIES OF DIFFERENT TRENDS RELATED TO A FEW SPACES THAT RELATED TO THE PRODUCT AND THE CLIENT’S INTERESTS. I THEN CREATED A SERIES OF THOUGHT STARTER IDEAS TO PROVE OUT THE VALIDITY OF EACH TREND AND SEE HOW IT CAME TO LIFE. THE CLIENT WOULD THEN CHOOSE WHICH TREND THEY WANTED TO GO WITH AND I WOULD THEN CREATE A RANGE OF IDEAS BASED ON THAT TREND.

THESE PROJECTS ALWAYS ASKED FOR 8-12 DELIVERABLES COMPRISED OF THINGS LIKE SHORT VIDEOS AND GIFS SO THERE WAS A GOOD AMOUNT OF JUGGLING THE MANY SMALLER PIECES TO GET THEM ALL LOOKING GOOD AND READY FOR SHOWTIME. BELOW YOU’LL FIND A FEW PIECES FOR ONE OF THE PROJECTS. IN THIS PROJECT WE WORKED FROM THE TREND OF “ERAS”. “ERAS” MEANING PHASES SUCH AS MY ROCK N’ ROLL PHASE, MY SUPERMOM PHASE, ETC. WE THEN CREATED A COLLECTION OF VIDEOS HIGHLIGHTING THE ABILITY OF SCOTCH-BRITE’S STAY FRESH SPONGE TO HELP YOU KEEP YOU ERAS FRESH NO MATTER WHAT THEY ARE.
